Evoking the holidays with a traditional evergreen, the pattern creates a warm, folksy Christmas feel that families will look forward to year after year and hold dearly in their memories for generations. The trademark tree, seemingly decorated by young hands and ringed with brightly wrapped presents underneath, stands cheerily in the center of every piece. Charming, crafty decorations encircle the tree and Santa himself--bag slung over his shoulder--stands at the top. For collecting fun, Spode adds new accessories to the pattern every year, allowing a cherished holiday tradition to grow with time. Match any piece to other items in the collection for seasonal dining merriment. This bread and butter plate is 6-1/2-inches in diameter, a perfect size for your bread and butter, a simple side when you've overstuffed your dinner plate, or a small serving for a child. The plate is white with the pattern's calling-card Christmas tree design at center; the rim of the plate is kissed with a single sprig of mistletoe and the edges are circled in a rich green border, creating a simple and vibrant holiday look. The plate is made in England of Imperialware, Spode's high-quality earthenware, and is safe for the oven, dishwasher, freezer, and microwave.
